Heavy-duty trailers for tough jobs

These heavy-duty trailers with reinforced 6mm sides and 8mm floor are ideal for moving stone and rubble. The strong body construction with extra floor bracing and heavy-duty undercarriage, prevents damage and protects against debris and foreign objects.

Available in 20 tonne model, all stone and rubble trailers are designed for use with high speed tractors and are fitted with commercial axles on 420mm x 180mm brakes.

Standard Features

  • Monocoque tapered body with 8mm steel floor and 6mm sides
  • Chassis formed beam with 8 bends per section from 355mc 10mm plate
  • Pointed top rail to prevent material sitting on the top rail
  • Hydraulic up and over tailgate with auto lock and hydraulic safety check valve.
  • Rubber shock absorber pads between trailer body and chassis 
  • 2.0m axle track, 10 stud commercial axles with 420mm x180mm brakes, 15x22.5 super single tyres 
  • Hydraulic or air brakes with load sensing valves
  • Heavy-duty spring hanger mounts and axle brake protectors
  • Heavy-duty slipper & eye single leaf axle springs 100mm wide 32t running gear
